My mobile Tesco top up.

Can I check as I bought a new phone which I registered with EE  but it was from Tesco and I have to top up with tesco but I am confused now do I need to do that. 

How do I get the free texts allocated to me via EE?

@CurtisJL , is your SIM card from Tescos? If that is the case, then you will need to get a PAC code from Tesco and port the number over to EE, as Tesco and EE are different networks and companies.

When you say "from Tesco", do you mean you have bought an EE product from a Tesco store? Or are you saying you have a Tesco Mobile phone and want to move your number to EE?
