My credit being used despite having a monthly PAYG pack

Hi

I have a small credit on my EE account and my monthly pack is renewed using a card every month.  However, I can see my credit going down and I am not sure why this happens.  I know that photo messages are not included in the monthly pack but what else is excluded?  

Any ideas?

Have you made any calls to premium rate numbers? such as 0845 numbers.

The value of credit used is only £0.40 which is not a lot.  I am more interested to know what items are chargeable outside the 30 day pack.

Thanks for coming back to me. 

The pack can be used for UK mobiles and landline calls and texts. 

Any photo messages, premium rate calls and international calls and texts are not included. Calls to customer services are 25p per call.

Most likely an MMS (Picture Msg) for 40p. Putting emojis in a text turns them into MMS.
