My EE Pay as you go 4g sim card isnt working on my samsung s7

My Samsung s7 says sim not provisioned and doesnt work i have even reseted my phone and i cant get a new one as the website doesnt allow me

@Sami78615  you can go to a EE store and request a replacement Sim card you need in date photo ID with you or you can call customer services to request a replacement Sim card.   To request online you are sent a text to confirm that replacement and obviously you can not do that as your sim isn’t working.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I will be switching providers as i cannot get a replacment sim card online

 

IS there anyway i can send one message when this is not working

If the SIM is not working no text messages can be sent unless you have WiFi and can use a messaging app and the other person has this as well such as WhatsApp @Sami78615 

To order a replacement SIM you would need to follow @Chris_B's advice.
