@User12342 : That's a PAYG SIM. Text STOP REC to 150 to stop any direct card payment. For good measure also text STOP PACK to 150 to prevent the pack renewing.

Hi @User12342
Welcome to the community.
Were you on contract or pay as you go? How did you request to cancel?

I connected the replenishment with a bank card, I extended my tariff using a card, but I do not want money to be withdrawn from my bank card, since I have enough money in my account to replenish, I want to disable the replenishment by card.

I didn't sign a contract. I bought a SIM card, downloaded the application, chose a subscription package and clicked "pay with a card every month"

If I do as you wrote, will they stop taking money from my bank account? I have £85 EE in my account, can I just renew my subscription through my account and pay from my mobile account?

Hi @User12342
This would stop the automatic card payments, you would then need to top up in your My EE account to purchase a pack.
Leanne.
