Missing information/value - when using AL to 150.

There seems to be some information that is 'left out/missing' when I make use of AL to 150, or even get reminder texts for allowances; payg pack. There doesn't seem to be a value for rollover data in the service text-marked out in red in the screengrab.

Yes, @354- , it often, maybe always, omits amount of rolled over data.
