Hi, please can someone tell me how I top up my mini WiFi. It keeps prompting me for a phone number but I don’t have one. Thanks

Yes, you do. Your mobile router contains a SIM & all SIMs have a mobile no.

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see its mobile no. as well as data & credit status. Alternatively look in the router's settings for its Phone no. or MSIDN.

@Jo349 : No, it isn't, only the IMEI. How can it be? The SIM is supplied separately but packaged with it..
