I can only add one Pay as You Go number to my ee account to manage and top up. I can’t add my family members like I was told I could be ee staff on pay monthly tariffs.
Has anyone found a work round? ee staff in store couldn’t help and suggested I just have to log in separately for each number.

In your online MyEE: Menu > A/c Settings > Add an A/c.

Thank you. I’ve now done this successfully. I did however have to use a PC/Laptop with a standard web browser such as Edge or Chrome to get that menu. It wasn’t available or easily available through EE App.
room for improvements to the App from EE in the future.
