Hi...I just changed my £15 Subscription pack from a Pay As You Go to an automatic monthly card payment.
There's still a £23.30 credit on the account. Will those funds be used against the monthly payment going forward, or refunded?

@DB113 : Neither but you could use it for out-of-allowance things like calling abroad or roaming fees. PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your case.
