Can anyone tell me why the talk time is calculated multiple times the actual usage? For example, why is it calculated as 100 minutes for about 20 minutes of talk time? This has been happening repeatedly and we are forced to pay more money by purchasing additional add-ons.

I'm concerned to hear this. If you pay for 100 minutes, you should get 100 minutes.
I'd recommend contacting us so that a guide can get this looked into for you.
Just one thing to note, A one minute minimum call charge applies to all calls. Thereafter, calls are charged on a per-minute basis.

BY 150, How can we talk with an agent when nobody answers? It is just a answering maching and a system.

Initially, when you call, you'll be connected to our IVR, which will offer you a series of options so we can connect you with the right department for your query.
When you have selected the department that you want to speak with, you'll be connected with the next available guide.

I know that. I several times but there is not any option to connect me to an agent or customer setvice. All options are going to other departments not a human. Please let me know the option or number after 150.

When you select the department that you require @Albert100 you'll speak to a human within that department.
I'd suggest following the options for our 'advisor for anything else' option, I believe it's options 1, 2 then 4.
