I've topped up today as apparently I have used 6.5GB in 2 weeks whilst working from home on wifi. Topped up £15 to buy an add on, but it's showing nothing available on the app or website. No live chat available which is what I've used before.
Any ideas on how I can get some data with the top up I've done?

@Claremc : Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

I currently have no data though, until my pack renews so I can't get online to do that.

You don't need any data to get to the add-on site. It is entirely within EE's network. Otherwise you'd be in a Catch-22 situation.
