I've already paid, but my current balance is £0.00

Hi, I got a new PAYG sim card today.
So I put in to my phone, but there's no any balance. 
I've paid £29.99 for 125GB data and Unlimited call and text.

They always said 'Your current balance as of today 23:37 is £0.00.' when I send 'BALANCE' to 150.

I need data and call ASAP for my works.
How can I solve it?

Was a £30 payment taken when you placed your order, or did you order a free SIM and choose the £30 pack option, @Avii1?

If it was the latter, you'll need to top up before you pack is activated.

I can receive the call, but I can’t call to someone

It says “you don’t have the credits”
