I bought a SIM card this summer to use when im back in the UK thinking it was just pay as you go one time. EE have now taken a second payment of 10£ and I got rid of my simcard when I left the UK.
How can I cancel all recurring payments and also receive a refund for the second payment taken?
Thanks,
Pernilla

Hi @Pventre
Thanks for coming here.
If you log into your My EE account you stop any recurring payments and stop the pack. This would be for any future payments and packs starting.
If you would like to discuss this please call us from any phone on +44 7953966250.
Leanne.

I logged in but cannot see where there is an option to cancel. It asks me to register a device which I cannot do because I am unable to view a code sent to a sim card I am not using. What are the precise steps to use to cancel the card from the website please?
I am in a different time zone and phone calls are not an option. The information I was given when I paid for the card said I could cancel at any time. Is this the case or not?
Thank you.
