I paid 15£ topp on

And I had no data

So I bought add on of 25£ in addition to the credit of 15 to get the 40£ unlimited data. Now I don't have anything. I paid in total 40£ and I can't use data on my phone.

Need help  😫 it is very frustrating

@C_g1   Have you used that credit to purchase a pack or data bundle ?   Credit on your account doesn’t go towards data usage you need a pack or data bundle purchased via that credit.
