I have bought a pack but can’t activate the data

I have bought a 10£ pack, and it says that i can activate it by making a call or sending message. But Im not able to call because i have no credit☹️

How can I activate my card???

@Momii : You don't need to have credit when you have an active pack. The pack contains an allowance of mins., texts & data.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
