I have £20 credit but can’t buy any add on and 150 are saying I have no credit

I topped up £20, the money came out of my account and on the app it says I have credit of £20 - I also received an email from EE saying thanks for topping up. When I try to buy a pack it says prepaid error, and I don’t have enough balance to call 150 - very frustrating.

@LisaPearson  Try restarting the device then check it.
