When I created a myee account I was on a pay as you go pack and when I created the account it placed me on a monthly bill which I didn’t know it would do- I haven’t paid the bill because I thought I had managed to switch it back to a pay as you go but now I can’t make calls or use data how do I switch back to pay as you go when I can’t call or text 150 either?

@Ev20 : Creating a MyEE a/c when on PAYG cannot possibly turn it into a monthly contract. What you may have done is inadvertently Set up recurring Card Payments. That's still PAYG where you've agreed to pay for your packs regularly when they expire after 30 days.

You can stop the recurring Card Payments at any time by texting STOP REC to 150.
