I have tried reaching the mobile care team to no avail as of yet. Not quite sure which number to call which could get me directly to an agent.

Hi I topped up £30 for my ee data topup. The data disappears. As soon as I pay for it I get text messages saying that the payment for the data went through. But when u log back on the app they data I topped up disappears. I want to know why that is. I topped £30 the current payment altogether was £34.75. But then it goes back to £4.75. I want to know why that is happening because I’m tired of keeping just to top up my data.
