- After the remaining 30£ from my wallet disappeared, I got a text from EE asking me to deposit more money to my wallet to renew my 15£ monthly plan (which I thought would be paid for by the previous amount I deposited; which was used)

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can check your payment and pack history to explain what credit has been used where.

I have tried reaching the mobile care team to no avail as of yet. Not quite sure which number to call which could get me directly to an agent.
