hello I bought a ee sim card from ebay I inserted sim in my phone but I get no signal I need to pay for sim to get activated every month or just once? and I wanted to login on ee site but I don't get the passcode on messages can someone help me

Ah, that's the problem! EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

How much did you pay for it? You may need to top it up if it was just a nominal amount. How was it described?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

EE UK OFFICIAL LATEST Sim Card Pay As You Go Pack Data Unlimited Calls SMS 3IN1. This is the description from sim card I paid 3$ how can I top up if I cant put my number on ee site if I cant receive the passcode

You don't need to register to MyEE in order to use a PAYG SIM.
As you paid only a nominal amount you will need to top-up. Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

You sure you've got no signal rather than it being just the PAYG SIM not working?
