Hello everyone, good morning!! I bought a chip through the ee website and paid 15 pounds, so it already came with credit. However, when I send AL or BALANCE to 150, it shows a balance of 0 pounds and this has been going on for about a month. I'm trying to contact them by message because my English is still not good enough for calls. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I resolve it? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for coming to the community, I am sorry you are unable to use the SIM card since you purchased this.
Are you in the UK at the moment?
Does the text reply from 150 show any allowance details?
