How to ctivate my SIM? problem

Hello,

I have problem with my SIM card. I used this number for some long time but I get a new phone and new nmber on phone subscribtion . Since that time I am not used this SIM, today I notice that I need this number for send authentication code from government webside during log in, its important for me I need to solve some cases. I not receive this code becase It appears my SIM are not active anymore, I trying to top-up I payed for that 10  pounds to top-up. EE took my money but my account isnt active and I cant receive SMS on this card!. What should I do right now?

@mimozjonka93 : Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.

When did you previously use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
