The EE web page says log on to your account at EE.co.uk. I've done that but I can't see any way to get my balance.
I don't want to use an app on y phone or send a text - very poor signal where I am now.

Hi - I looked at EE Register and to register the SIM the website tries to send a verification text to it. As our sim isn't in a mobile phone, I don't think I can continue this way unfortunately.

@NicO2024 : Most mobile routers can receive texts. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.

OK - thanks. Will try that next time we connect the portable router. Obviously that relies on the SIM working in the router, which is what we are troubleshooting at the moment..
