How To Change Plan

Anthony-Wayne
Visitor

Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can change to a lower plan ? Because since EE have “automatically” changed my plan to double the amount I was originally paying, no matter what I try, both via the App and the Website, I ONLY get shown the “plans” on how to UPGRADE and not on how to “change” to a more affordable plan, i.e; to “downgrade” my plan. Thank you 🙏🏻

Hi @Anthony-Wayne

Great advice from @XRaySpeX, If you're currently on a pay as you go account, I'd recommend following that advice.

You mentioned only giving you the plan options to 'upgrade' so if you're currently on a pay monthly plan, I'd advise giving us a call so a guide can look into some options for you.

@Chris_S : I'm sure when I replied this thread was in the PAYG forum or I'm all mixed up. Now it's under Contracts ...

@Anthony-Wayne : You can't downgrade to a cheaper plan mid-term, but only in your upgrade window from 30 days before end of term.
