Hi was wondering if anyone can help rang EE to remove my adult content lock she said she did this but still can't access anything can anyone help please thanks.

On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Like I said I already did ring them and they said they done it but hasn't worked on my phone

It can take up to 24 hours for account changes to take affect.

If you're still unable to access restricted content after this period, please get in touch on 150.
