Help. Topped up £15

Topped up £15 yesterday usually it's a case of top up and use as needed 

However it's taken the money

 

and say I have no credit? 

Wheres it gone?

 this is what we are getting but the 15 has gone out of bank so where has it gone?

Looking at your first screenshot, it is showing that the £15 was topped up yesterday.

Can you text AL to 150 and let me know what the message that comes back says?

If it is not letting you set up the new pack and the money has been taken, I would recommend giving our customer service guides a call.

They'll be able to bring up your account and check the balance and the pack for you.
