Hello All,

I have a Pay As You Go, I want to use my Voucher on this desk top account to pay for my data, but it only accepts debit cards.

E.E is there a way that I can pay for my Data on my account using a Voucher or do I have to use my Phone only?

Thank You

Hello All,

I want to top up another E.E. Phone using the Voucher that I have purchased I have followed the guide that has been written, e.g VO 12345678910111213141516 then Mobile number but nothing works, message comes back stating that the Voucher number has not been read. I have tried putting a space between the Voucher number and mobile number, doesn't work, have tried no space between voucher number and mobile number nothing works.

How do I use my voucher to top up another E.E Mobile Phone?

Thank You

An Top-up voucher is only for topping-up by sending a text, VO then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number to 150, from the SIM in question. You can however top-up someone else's SIM by following the text by a space & then their mobile no.

You need a space between the voucher no. & the mobile no. The voucher no. is only 16 digits, not the 22 you have written.

Hello XRaySpex,

Thank You for the reply.

I have tried the following;-

  • VO 123456789101112131415161234567891011 and doesn't work, message says a space is required after VO
  • VO 12345678910111213141516 1234567891011 and doesn't work, message says a space is required after VO
  • VO 123456789101112131415161234567891011 and doesn't work, message says a space is required after VO

I am leaving a space after the "VO" I'm wondering if it's the mobile number that I want to "top-up" is what's causing the issue, which it shouldn't be doing, none of the messages mention the mobile number just that a space is required after "VO"

All assistance is appreciated

Thank You
