HELP! EU use. Can’t do calls, send SMS or surf.

Hi, 

I bought a pay as you go SIM card in the UK but didn’t used it there. I just put it in the phone and got an Sms with a Hello and my number. 

Now, I’m in Germany. There I booked the 10£ 8GB subscription. I also bought the 24h EU Roaming. 
but its not possible to send a sms, do a call or use the internet. 

can you please help me?

Yes, I have a signal / network. 5 bars and 4G. But the internet does not load and when I send an SMS it says "cannot be sent".

Hi @HansD1997 

If the SIM was not used on the EE network in the UK for making a call or sending a text message, this will not activate until you return to the UK.
