Free data when topping up £5 in January

I received this text from EE today:

"Our offer of an extra 1GB with each top up you make ends in 5 days. Top up at least £5 in the next 5 days and we will add this to your account. "

If I do this will I get a new 1GB add-on for 30  days or will it expire at the end of January?
