Hi all,
I pay £15 a month, PAYG SIM package which has unlimited calls, texts and 25GB of data. After topping up a couple of times you receive a free boost, but it's usually 500MB of data or free calls. The data is fine, but free calls when you have unlimited calls isn't really a sensible promotion. Can you please revise this and provide a decent reward for being loyal customers and actually provide something worthwhile which would help especially as the cost of living crisis is continuing for many people.

@Deborah_C1 Like what ? It’s your choice to have that pack, Perhaps having a cheaper pack and actually making use of the boosts you can get would be a better option in this cost of living crisis.

It's already been revised. On the current packs the free boost is just 500MB data every 2 packs for up to 6 boosts in total.
Switch your pack to a modern 1.
