Hi,
I made a top up to my account but it does not work when I put the SIM card in. I am thinking that it is closed. I am abroad now but it does not work. I am trying to get a subscription pack but it does not work as well, always giving error. How can I get my top up back?
Please help.

@Sevim1 : How long have you been abroad? When did you previously use it for a chargeable action?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
