Ee top up payment on sim no longer in use

Hi there

I am looking for help to cancel an "ee top up vesta" payment that comes out monthly but it is for a sim that is no longer in use. The mobile number doesn't show up in my account when I log in, but the payment keeps coming out of my bank account.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Ktyewalker  If this is for a PAYG just stop the payment via your bank. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
