EE want except process my visa card .

STRANGE  but since windows 11 come out  nov 2025 ,   GO  to top up  EE  top up .  ONLINE   £5 top up .  EE  want except  my barclays visa card .   SAYS , opps problem try again .   GIRL ON 150  EE  help line could not answer why .  WHATS  going on  card worked ok before   win  11,   came out  both on no 360 pay number  & pay on line .  YES i still  use wind 10 with option security updates .   CARD  works ok on likes  EBAY . WORKED  with ee till now dec 2025

NNO NO NO    don dont have use apps  / smart phone    THIS  HELP FORUM WASTE / TIME / SPACE .  JUST  going roundd in circles .

@g7iq , have you tried downloading the EE App on your Windows PC? Not sure whether it is there, but would have thought so, have not used Windows PC for several years now, so do not know.

THAT IS ISSUIE  SITE  EE MY ACCOUNT WANT ACCEPT  MY VISA  COMES UP   OPPS & PROBLEM TRY AGAIN THATS ALL KEEPS SAYING .       PUT CARD  DETAIL IN OK   GO TO UP LOAD / SEND  = OPPS THERES PROBLEM TRY AGAIN , EE SITE WANT EXCEPT CARD ON LINE . BUT IF I RING 150  PUT IT IN MANUAL  FOR 1 MOUTH  DEC 2025  USING  PHONE KEY PAD  WORKS OK OVER THE PHONE TO 150 EE ,  CARD NOT WORKING ONLINE ON EE SITE .       EE SITE ON LINE  UP LOAD ISUUIE .

It sounds like the Additional Payer Authentication window isn't loading when trying to make the payment. 

Please Clear Browser Cache and Cookies, and then try making making the payment using a Private Browsing Window 
Open the payment page in an Incognito (Chrome) or InPrivate (Edge) window. This mode disables extensions and uses a clean session, which can help determine if an extension is the issue.

If that doesn't work, are you able to try making payment with a card from alternative bank?

give that go . use edge  private  private browser .  site down atm .  NO  only 1 banck & 1  visa debt card .  FUNNY  add payer authencation . worked last mouth ok nov 2025 / NOT  now 2025 .  THANCK  for point me to poss cause issuie .
