Hi there I have recently bought a 15 pound data top up for my new EE sim. It started working abit in the beginning but now it has stopped I tryed texting 150 and sending AL but all I get as a response is that you current balance as of today is £15.00. Your last top up was £15.00 when I try using my data it doesn’t work help me please!
