I topped up my credit on the 30th of January and it didn’t go to my data credit or minutes so I though I should wait until the start of February, yet it still hasn’t worked. Maybe it was a glitch so I called one of my contacts only to find 35p taken from my credit. This hasn’t happened for all the other times I have used ee I now have 9.65pounds in my credit for what reason. What should I do.

Do you usually get a pack automatically when you top-up?
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and help you get this sorted.
