EE APP - Switch to Pay Monthly and Save 20% - Doesnt Work

On the EE App on the Shop Tab there is a message to say

"Switch to Pay Monthly and Save 20%" (From PAYG)

1. Text Switch to 150 to get your unique discount code

If i text Switch to 150, it seems that it does not recognize the code.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
