I joined EE with my number of over 15 years, as I was abroad I got a message stating that I needed to top up or they will give me a 3 month limit but won’t disconnect until they contact me, before 3 months I uploaded credit yet after they took the credit they decided to unlawfully disconnect my phone without no notice. If they kept their promise & let me know I would’ve took my number & left but I followed their instructions yet I’ve now lost my top up & my number. Everything is connected to this number so not only do I need it for EVERYTHING but it also has sentimental value. If I lose my number I will be taking EE to court I want my number back at no matter what cost but there is no way of now contacting them as I am abroad

@Sel777 : Looks like your PAYG SIM had gone into hibernation due to non-use & EE were giving you 3 months grace to call them to reactivate it. It was too late to top-up during that 3 months period. You needed to call them.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
