Hello,

I am having issues with my EE SIM card. Due to inactivity, my SIM card has gone into hibernation. I have now topped up my account, but my SIM card is still not working. I cannot make calls, send messages, or use the internet.

What do I need to do to get my SIM card reactivated? Can you please help me with this issue?

Thank you.

Thanks for joining us on the community @Morta

As you're account is now in hibernation you'd need to give our Customer Team a call on 0800 956 6000 from any other phone where a guide will be able to reactivate for you.

You can find out more on our Pay as you go Help page

@Morta : Once your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation it is too late to top up to get it back. EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
