New to EE. I’ve been trying to set up a direct card payment - going round in circles for past hour! I can’t find where to choose a package and enter bank details. Help please.
Leanne Thank you. I have contacted Aimee, the Digital Assistant, who failed to understand the problem. I have also rung EE for help but they couldn’t offer any solution apart from trying to sell me a pack by phone, and then they couldn’t provide the pack I wanted. And, I’m still able to access my account without logging in. Shambles! This app has serious problems. Cragrats
