Data top-up ends on date of payment?

Not sure why it's saying it will end on the date of purchase?

@JoeB20  Any extra data add on will cease when the monthly cycle starts again.   It’s not 30 days from when you purchase more data.    So if you purchase 10 days into your monthly cycle you’ll only have 20 days to use it.

today? 

It says my pack ends in 23 days, so I don't understand if I wanted to add more data wouldn't it last 23days?
