My 20£ pack is about to end & I was looking to get a 5 or 10 £ pack now. Could someone please tell me if I will be eligible for a data rollover if I switch to a lower priced pack such as 5£ or 10£ flex

You can find the plans eligible for data rollover in our About Data Rollover page. The lowest price plan is the £10, 30-day plan that includes data rollover.

If you currently have the £20 Flex plan, you can find terms and conditions for Flex plans, in the EE Flex phone plans T&Cs

If not, you would need one of the packs I have linked above 🙂

No I am currently on a non flex plan & wanted to switch to 10£ flex plan if it is eligible for a data rollover.

The Flex and non-flex plans are different types of plan, so your allowances and any roll-over or bonuses that had been built up will not transfer over when you change plan types. 

Once you move to the Flex plan though you can start building data boosts and rollover again.
