Data pack waiting and not working

I've bought a sim card (15 pounds pack with 25Gb of data). It worked for a couple of days and then stopped. I'm 100% sure that I haven't used all my data. Now it says "You don't have any data" and the "25GB Subscription pack" is in "Waiting" status. I've tried to send messages to 150, but it says "You don't have a pack".  It is ridiculous. Can someone help me, please?
