Hello
I have had a new SIM card and when I got it I purchased a subscription pack. I have tried accessing data, making a call and sending a text and it hasn't activate yet I had also call twice to 150 costumer service but still it’s not working any solution?

@Hassanalee0077 Try restarting the device and try again. Does the device show it’s got a signal?
