Why does it show on EE website I have £4.20 phone credit but when I check by phone it says i only have £.30p shouldn't this be across the board

@Jupsie2  have you tried turning the device on and off as this refreshes your Sim connection to the network.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
