How do i use my credit to pay for a Pack?

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

You can purchase a pack in the My EE app by selecting pack and add-ons from the menu or by texting ALL PACKS to 150.

Interesting response. Thanks. Question: when selecting a Pack it then needs credit card details to fulfill. I want to pay using my credit. How do I override this?

Which method are you trying to use, @webman1-2000?

Do you have enough credit on your account to cover the pack?
