my ee account comfirm no

had an , old account from  ee for mobile phone years ago ,  and now been changed over to  ee from bt after 15 years  with bt ,  but  when log in to my account as  use , same  email , to link my services  asks me to confirm   the  add of services by my old  monile  which not had for years   , ive changed  mobile no for  cointacts but still asks  me to  put in the code for old  mobile so cant link my services to my account , am stuck any help

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can remove any old numbers that may be paired with your email address.
