I am moving my mobile number to ASDA and still have a (very) small credit in by PAYG balance. Is it possible to donate this to charity or transfer it, or do EE just get to keep it whatever?

Thanks Margaret

(Apologies for previous blank post - EE's suggested topic list completely covered the editing window).

Hi @MJAl

I am sorry to hear you are looking to leave.

Once your account is closed, any credit will be removed from your account.

I thought that was probably still the case which is why I kept the credit low. Anyway, I found the solution, which is to use a charity Text to Donate to send it somewhere useful. I'm leaving EE for a reason and certainly can't see rewarding them with any unused credit on their bottom line.
