I want to turn off Content Lock but been told that they can't do it in store, I've tried the app and also tried ringing 150. The automated voice tells me that I need a credit card in order to take Content Lock off. I am on Pay As You Go and do not have or want a credit card. I have a bank card and I also hold a valid/current British passport. How do I go about removing or having Content Lock removed for me?
I am considering using someone like O2 instead but do not wish to as been with EE all my life.

@ccjjackson EE stores can take this request you’ll need photo ID to make that request. You need to prove your 18+ to make the request via calling customer services and you only get a credit card when you’re 18+.
