Claim a boost

My account says I can claim a boost, but the drop down selection menu is grey, and does not respond. Its the same on the app, and the website

nothing happen when i select an option

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and see why this is happening.

Here's one that is similar too. Using SMS to trigger/activate the boost seems to be the workaround.
