Charged 40p for a 28 sec mobile to mobile phone call on pay as you go when account was in credit? Would like to know why not happy!!

@1462 : That would be correct. UK calls cost 40p / min rounded up. The charge is subtracted from your PAYG credit.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
