How can I can change my plan from monthly to pay as you go.

@Zeba1  You call customer support as you want to terminate the contract and request it to be changed to PAYG.  If you still within  the contact term you’ll be required to pay off the remaining term. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have always paid about £14 a month . All of a sudden my bill has become £21 . Can you please give me a call to explain and alter my plan to it’s previous arrangements

@Kathy1961  No one will call you,  this is a public forum and no one here knows who you are, you need to call customer support yourself.  Have you looked at your bill breakdown to see if you have any out of allowance charges?
